The opaque  PC/ABS blend complies with EN 45545-2 HL2 (Fire protection on railway vehicles) requirements up to 2.5 mm sheet thickness for interior components such as ceiling paneling, side walls covers, armrests, seat backs just to name a few of possible applications.

Exoblend® MTX can be produced in virtually any colour and is available with a smooth or textured surface. It can be easily processed by thermoforming. Besides the faster cycle times compared to fiberglass lay-up and SMC, the material is environmental friendly and can be recycled.
