Face visors made of polycarbonate or polyester sheets from the Exolon® (PC), Vivak® (PET G) or Axpet® (A PET) brands provide a remedy here. They are suitable for protection from coughs and sneezes and protect the person in front of you from virus infection.

The high impact resistance of the thermoplastic screens ensures high shatter resistance and safe use in the facial area. All recommended products have been awarded a good fire classification according to EN 13501-1, B-s1, d0.

We recommend the following products for the manufacture of protective visors:

Cleaning with commercially available agents.

The product surfaces are easy to wash off with a soft, clean sponge and lukewarm water containing mild soap or neutral or slightly alkaline cleaning agents. Then rinse well with clean water and dry with a leather cloth or a moist cellulose sponge. For disinfection, we recommend using products based on the ingredients: ethanol or 2-propanol or hydrogen peroxide. Our products are resistant to these chemicals compared to other plastics such as PMMA.
