Customer Service Representative (m/v/x)

Contact:

As Customer Service Representative you are the number one contact point both internally and externally. You strive to deliver the best possible service to your customers. A problem solving, commercial and above all friendly attitude is key to deliver excellent performance.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for internal sales, ensuring clients receive the right products on time. First point of contact for customers and the link between production, planning, shipping, and account management.

Your Tasks:

  • Entering offers and orders
  • Responding to customer inquiries and technical requests
  • Stock control
  • Communicating with planning and shipping for production and delivery times
  • Creating offers and calculating prices in SalesForce
  • Creating new articles
  • Entering approved orders in SAP and verifying details
  • Sending order confirmations and following up on orders
  • Registering and following up on complaints in CRM/SAP
  • Following up on invoicing and creating debit and credit notes
  • Adding new customers in SAP
  • Being a team player and supporting colleagues
  • Participating in trade fairs and following up on leads

Internal Relations:

  • Account Managers: exchanging information on prices, proposals, orders, bonuses, etc.
  • Quality Control: exchanging information on complaints and quality issues.
  • R&D and Business Development: exchanging information on special requests and production.
  • Planning & Shipping: exchanging information on production times and deliveries.
  • CSR colleagues: exchanging customer information and providing backup during absences.

External Relations:

  • Customers: exchanging information on prices, orders, new products, complaints, etc.

Software Used:

  • SalesForce (Offers/CRM)
  • SAP (Orders)
  • iMaid (samples)
  • Office 365

Your profile:

  • Fluent in German and English; any other language is a plus
  • Experience in customer service or sales
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Good administrative skills
  • Teamplayer
